charmed stay near city hall

I found the location convenient. Bus stops and the metro were close. seoul station and city hall were not too far away. i appreciated the walking distance to temples, gates, and markets. there were many shops and restaurants within easy reach too.

The gym lacked air conditioning. This made workouts somewhat uncomfortable.

The room was notably spacious. It was also clean. i requested a crib and it was set up upon my arrival. the room was quiet. I did not hear noises from outside or adjacent rooms.

The staff was very helpful. They addressed my concerns quickly. This was available at a lobby kiosk. the receptionist was polite and spoke fluent english. That eased communication.

The hotel features a complimentary pool. It is a valuable amenity. there is an automated currency exchange machine in the lobby. strong wifi is available throughout the hotel. I found it quite reliable.

the location was acceptable being close to restaurants and shops.

The room lacked proper soundproofing. i also found mosquitoes in the room each evening despite being on the 17th floor. It was irritating. the breakfast was not great with strange combinations offered.

The location is convenient. Many food options are available within a few minutes walk in all directions. The subway entrance is nearby. Namdaemun and Myeongdong are within walking distance.

The ventilation system is noisy. It made it hard to sleep. I noticed other guests had similar complaints in past reviews. There were also scuff marks on the walls. The room felt worn out.
